Returns & Refund Policy
1. Right to Cancel & Returns Window
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at xs4alluk@gmail.com with your order number and item details. We will provide instructions on where to send your parcel.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 14 days.
6. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us immediately at xs4alluk@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.
